Shipping Policy

We offer standard and express post shipping Australia wide through Australia Post. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) Delivery times may vary subject to Australia Post delays (location, weather and covid). 

- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. 

- Stella Day is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Collinsville 4804 and Bowen 4805. Contact with customer will be made and a suitable time of delivery will be arranged with customer. Customer will be notified once delivery is made.  Please note there is no tracking of local deliveries and Stella Day is not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. 

International Shipping
